Self It Up, LLC is owned by Tamika Malveo who is a native of New Orleans, LA and a transplant to Tuscaloosa by way of hurricane Katrina in 2005. Tamika works closely with her family to help Self It Up, LLC provide a slow motion 360 video capture experience, photo booth rental, and silent disco rental to clients in Tuscaloosa and surrounding areas.
How does it work?
360 Video Booth: Customers will stand on a platform (holds up to 6 persons or 1,200lbs) while the camera moves around them for a full 360 degrees. To enhance the experience, Self It Up, LLC provides props, customized backdrops and video customizations with special effects. Most importantly, videos are shared moments after capturing the 360 video experience.
Photo Booth: Customers use the touch screen to select a photo, animated gif, boomerang or video, and even experiment with AI face swap features. Once selected, a countdown will start before capturing your photo, animated gif, boomerang, video, or face-swapped creation.
Silent Disco: Self It Up, LLC provides wireless headphones and a transmitter system. Guests simply put on the headphones and use the built-in channel switch to choose between different music sources or DJs, creating a personalized dance party experience without the external noise of traditional speakers. The headphones feature LED lights that often change color based on the selected channel.
